1. Booking
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and a pickup slot is scheduled. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide valid RC, insurance and ID copies.
- Keep less than 1 litre of fuel in the tank.
- Remove personal belongings and detachable accessories.
- Declare the correct bike value.
3. Payment
Payment terms are shared at booking. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash.
4. Insurance & Liability
Transit insurance is optional and recommended. Without insurance, our liability is limited as set out in the Carriage by Road Act, 2007. Any damage must be reported at delivery, with photographs.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates. They can change because of weather, road conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may carry a small fee.
7. Storage
Bikes not collected within 3 days of arrival may incur storage charges.
